“The Fallacy of the Impossible: One Year Later” by Mick Ebeling
Since the launch of the Eyewriter and Not Impossible Foundation, Mick has passionately studied the concept of “Impossible.” All the modern conveniences we see around us were once considered “impossible” by people who didn’t know any better. Synthetic fabrics, cell phones and digital watches (not to mention cars and computers) were all figments of the imagination until inspiration met execution and the impossible became a reality. Mick dives deeper into “Impossible,” the underlying psychological affects it has on an organization, and how to overcome “Impossible” so true innovation can take place.

Harnessing The Power of Influencer Marketing
A recommendation from someone you trust is more persuasive than nearly any other form of marketing. How do you find and talk to influencers who recommend brands/products the most? Join Lindsay Jensen-Evans of Lululemon and Eric Dahan of InstaBrand as they talk about unlocking the power of word of mouth marketing, giving you insight into the psychology of influence and how to build a compelling proposition for influencers.

Retail Panel Discussion: Charting A Path To Success
While much of the news from the retail sector frequently includes the word “challenging,” there are still plenty of retailers seeing success and growth. Moderator Shannan North, president of Billabong USA, will be joined by three very different retailers (Dave Nash of Sun Diego; Bryce Phillips from evo; and Andy Po from Homebase) to talk about where they’re seeing success at retail, what good brands are doing to reach consumers at retail, what the future of retail will look like and how brands and retailers can work together to better serve the consumer.
