We’re changing things up for the 17th Annual Waterman’s Golf Tournament. While you still have to put that little white ball into a hole in the green, the focus this year is more than just the lowest score. The tournament will be held at the historic Ben Brown’s Golf Course at The Ranch – a 9-hole course located in one of the most serene and natural settings in Orange County.
There’s only room for 18 foursomes and each foursome will make two trips around this course carved out of the natural landscape of Aliso and Woods Canyons. There are no homes in sight, no windows to avoid breaking and no neighbors to complain about the fun we’re having! Golfers will take on the shamble format (the foursome selects best drive and then all four play your own ball into the hole – or simply put, scramble off the tee and regular old stroke play into the hole) with three clubs and play barefoot. Which is perfect since Ben Brown’s is the ultimate walking course!
Of course, there will be the usual antics and fun from hole sponsors, on-course contests, and plenty to eat and drink. What there won’t be is a lot of time to get signed up. With only 18 foursomes, the tournament will sell out. Sign up today!
